How Fairdeal Air Conditioning sells, installs and services equipment from the Mahim dealership.
These terms govern purchases from Fairdeal Air Conditioning, Cadell Queen B Wing, Ground floor, Mahim West, Mumbai - 400016. By placing an order you agree to the product specifications, add-on charges and installation scope shown at checkout.
Prices include GST as displayed. B2B buyers must furnish a valid GSTIN if they require a tax invoice in a company name. Title passes on delivery; risk in the goods passes on installation or buyer-arranged collection.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch as set out in the Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy. Fairdeal may refuse an order if the pincode is not serviceable or stock cannot be confirmed.
